1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to VindaGuide ("Platform," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing enrollment, accessing our digital Learning Management System (LMS) portal, or participating in our community Push Groups, you ("Member," "User," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Access.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not complete your enrollment or access our digital materials.

2. Pricing, Discount Terms, and Non-Subscription Model

VindaGuide offers digital access to its 7-day abdominal size reduction video program under the following transparent pricing structure:

• Standard Program Value: The standard full price of the VindaGuide 7-Day Program and Accountability Push Group access is ₦125,000.
• Discounted Challenge Rate: Qualified users who complete our online assessment or promotional discount flow unlock promotional entry at ₦31,800.
• One-Time Fee Guarantee: Your payment of ₦31,800 (or applicable promotional price at checkout) is a single, non-recurring payment. VindaGuide does NOT charge monthly subscription fees, hidden automated renewals, or recurring membership dues.

3. Digital Program Access and License

Upon verified payment confirmation through our payment gateway (e.g., Paystack or Flutterwave), you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access:

• The 7-day, 10-minute daily digital video routine modules via our online portal.
• Entry into our active Accountability Push Group for daily task tracking and community support.

All program videos, text, graphics, branding, and instructional materials are the intellectual property of VindaGuide Ltd. You may not record, copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share account credentials with third parties.

4. Community Push Group Conduct

Our Accountability Push Groups are built on mutual respect, encouragement, and sisterhood for African women. Members agree to adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Maintain a supportive and respectful tone toward all community members and moderators.
• Refrain from posting unauthorized promotional links, spam, unsolicited commercial offers, or irrelevant media.
• Respect member privacy. Screenshots, personal stories, or progress photos shared inside the group must not be reshared publicly without explicit consent.

VindaGuide reserves the right to remove any user from community channels without refund for severe or repeated violations of community conduct guidelines.

5. Health and Results Disclaimer

VindaGuide provides educational fitness and mobility routines designed for busy adult women aged 30+. You acknowledge and agree that:

• VindaGuide is not a medical organization, and our instructors do not provide medical diagnosis, clinical treatment, or formal advice.
• Abdominal size reduction and wellness outcomes depend on individual physiological factors, daily task consistency, and overall lifestyle. Results may vary across members.
• You should consult with a qualified medical professional before beginning any new physical exercise routine, especially if you have pre-existing spinal, cardiovascular, or post-surgical conditions.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital delivery of our proprietary video routines, downloadable tools, and community access upon payment, all sales made at the promotional rate of ₦31,800 are still refundable but non-transferable, except where explicitly required by applicable consumer rights legislation. Also refunds are only issued when user presents a video documentation of her following the daily steps exactly as prescribed for the seven days and still did not get promised result.

7. Account Security and Device Usage

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LMS portal login details. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Our systems monitor concurrent login sessions to protect course content integrity.

8. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms of Access are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
